2 11-04-2014 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and also learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is accused in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The accusation is that petitioner along with nine persons surrounded, Gautam Kumar, nephew of informant, Ashok Kumar and at that time on the order of Bikash Kumar, Sambhu Singh @ Dadan Singh shot fire at Gautam Kumar, who died at the spot. Thereafter, accused persons tried to kill the informant but any how he fled away.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. but he is said to be the members of the mob. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 16.12.2013.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2013.
