The petitioner is accused in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 394 of 2013 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. rather his name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Ravi Kumar. It is further submitted that co-accused, Ravi Kumar, has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 27.01.2014 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 52569 of 2013. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 13.12.2013.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail
