Informant’s younger brother Vinod Jha was a money lender and was handicapped from his leg. He was found missing. It was suspected that he might have been kidnapped by Pokhar Sahani with whom there was enmity. The petitioner along with others was also suspected to be involved in the offence.
Submission is that the case has been lodged on account of confusion. The informant has rectified it by filing a petition by way of compromise before the learned court below. The petitioner
