confession before the Police. There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The Police has taken the signature of the petitioner on plain paper which was used against him.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M./concerned Court, Patna in connection with Economic Office P.S. Case No. 22 of 2012.
