Submission is that there is no witness to the occurrence. It has further been submitted that petitioner Bijendra Kumar has no criminal antecedent and another petitioner Pawan Kumar @ Chhotu is accused in three cases from before i.e. Patna Bypass P.S. Case No. 31 of 2012 under Section 395 Indian Penal Code, Patna Bypass P.S. Case No. 32 of 2012 under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Agam Kuan P.S. Case No. 64 of 2012 under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It has further been submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 21.11.2013.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named of both the cases are directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rashmi Prasad, J. M. Ist Class and the learned C.J.M./concerned Court, Patna respectively in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2013.
