The informant had described the manner of his assault. According to him the allegation of giving fatal blow was against Mantu Yadav. There was general allegation of assault against others including the petitioner.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner has been opposed by the learned APP assisted by the learned counsel representing the informant. It has been submitted that during investigation allegation against the petitioner was also substantiated.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on furnishing of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M./concerned Court, Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 220 of 2013.
