The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 363, 376, 377, 406 & 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4, 6 and 8 of Logic Act.

The informant is the C. O. of Beslar who along with Labour Superintendent, Vaishali has jointly conducted inquiry of Lok Seva Ashram, Chakwaja, Vaishali and found that the petitioner is involved in committing un-natural offences with 7-8 boys at every night. Six inmates of his Ashram have stated that how they have been ravished by the petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has been implicated on account of political

pressure by one Minister of the State Government. It has further been submitted that the Investigating Officer has not acted fairly rather he acted at the behest of political pressure.

The inmates have described how they have been ravished by the petitioner by committing unnatural offences with them.

Considering the allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 270 of 2013.
