The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 307, 121A, 122, 123, 124A, 353, 332, 333 of the Indian Penal Code, ¾ of the Explosive Substance Act, 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is contended that the case was registered against unknown. The occurrence took place on 5^th June, 2007 whereas name of the petitioner transpired for the first time in course of investigation on 20^th June, 2012 through some spy whose name is also mentioned in the case diary. It is further contended that similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Sudama Uraon @ Narjeet Uraon, Satyendra Prasad @ Naresh @ Dadan @ Rahul, Arjun Oraon have already been granted bail by this court in Cr.

Misc. Nos. 42313 of 2009, 38985 of 2009 and 10945 of 2009 by orders dated 4.12.2009, 23.11.2009 and 28.10.2009 respectively. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, District-Rhotas in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No.39 of 2007.
