The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 348, 387 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the petitioner is a neighbour of the informant. He is contractor by profession. The informant is also a contractor. There is professional rivalry between them and for that reason FIR has been instituted making vague, wild and bald allegation. It is also contended that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Be that as it may, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with
