Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that concocted allegations have been made in the First Information Report inasmuch as poison was never induced upon the informant as the medical report only shows bruise with swelling on the left scapular region and the informant is still alive.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that allegation against the petitioners is that they have assaulted the informant, however, a compromise petition filed by the parties

also appears to have been noticed by the learned Sessions Judge in his order.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Bounu Sah and Jitendra @ Jitendra Sao, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six week from today in Sikandra P.S. Case No.6 of 2014 (G.R. No.-62/14) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
