Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 353, 504, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, certain villagers have resorted to brick batting etc. as a protest against the irregularities being committed in distribution of the “Chief Minister Dress Fund and Scholarship” etc. Petitioners have been found to be the persons who have locked the gate of the school. Learned counsel submits that eventually the allegation made by the villagers was

found to be correct as vide order dated 30.01.2014, as contained in Annexure 3, for committing the aforesaid irregularity, the headmaster of the School has been suspended and departmental proceeding is going on. The aforesaid headmaster is the informant of the present case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in Harnaut P.S. Case No.315/2013, the petitioners, Bhushan Singh, Karu Singh, Chhottani Paswan @ Indrajit Paswan @ Chhotan Paswan and Mallu Ram @ Bhallu Ram shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 ( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharshaif subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
