Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 379, 353, 332, 357, 427, 431 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that the petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report. His name has came up only on account of the fact that when the daughter of the petitioner was returning after taking tuition seeing the mob and lathi charge etc. she left the Scooty at that place and fled away and the said vehicle was seized by the police which was later on released in favour of the petitioner. Apart from the above, it is contended that there is nothing against the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Dharmendra Kumar, be released

on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six week from today in Agamkuan P.S. Case No.329 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
