The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 , 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the payments to the teacher concerned were made upon the direction of the Court given in C.W.J.C. No. 17081/2008 and, thereafter, as per the order passed in L.P.A. No. 1402/2009 which stands quoted in the order passed by the District Education Officer, West Champaran at Bettia which is a part of the first information report.

case, let the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Kumar be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Chanpatia (Sirisia O.P.) P.S. Case No. 107/2012, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
