The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1423 of 2013 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2013 registered under Sections 323, 324, 326 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that role attributed to the petitioner is that he caught hold hands of the deceased on the order of Ram Ekbal Rai and co-accused Pintu Kumar alleged to have gave dragger blow on Raj Kumar Rai, by which he succumbed to injury.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only role attributed to this petitioner is that he caught hold hands of the deceased.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, 1st , Patna City, Patna, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1423 of 2013 arising out of Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2013.
