This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26(ii), 35 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of country made firearm along with four cartridges.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the same day the police registered two cases with regard to the same occurrence and except the two cases, there is no other case registered against the petitioner.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Munger in connection with Munger Kotwali P. S. Case No. 290 of 2013.
