This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342 and 302 of the Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
From the order of the Sessions' Judge, it is apparent that only material against the accused persons that they have killed the husband of the informant. There is no eye witness to the occurrence.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 277 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna.
