This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the order giver and is in jail custody since 04.10.2013.
Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran (Chapra) in connection with Jalalpur P. S. Case No. 106 of 2013.
