ORAL ORDER
3 10-04-2013 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the I.P.C. and 47(a) of the Excise Act.
13 bottles of Rum of 180 M.L. each were recovered from the wooden shop of the petitoner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it has not been verified whether the wooden shop belongs to the petitioner or not when a statement has been made in para 8 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In view of this Court, it is a case for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 253 of 2012, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
