The name of the petitioner came in course of investigation and witnesses stated that he along with one, Md. Arman had come at the petrol pump on the alleged date of occurrence. Later on, co-accused, Md. Arman was arrested and he confessed his guilt disclosing the fact that the petitioner is his associate. The petitioner carries criminal antecedent of four cases. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that coaccused, Md. Arman has already been admitted to bail by this court vide order dated 19-07-2011 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20945 of 2011.
