Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it would appear from perusal of the impugned order that name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner there is nothing against him.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patnacity in Alamganj P.S. Case no. 318/2012.
