JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 3 12-09-2013 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner wants to withdraw this petition as the learned Sessions Judge has given a liberty to petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after three months from the date of rejection of his bail petition before the learned Sessions Judge itself. In view of the aforesaid submission, this petition filed in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2013 stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the court of learned Sessions Judge at the time of consideration of renewal prayer of the petitioner.
