2 21-02-2013 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that sale deed was executed by the informant on 03.05.2012 in favour of Rajesh Kumar Singh when the consideration money was agreed to be paid at the time of exchange of receipt but subsequently the receipt was received by the purchaser Rajesh Kumar Singh.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the sale deed executed on 03.05.2012 a complaint was filed by the informant on 30.05.2012 that his receipt has been lost when the present case got initiated on the complaint filed on 08.06.2012 when different stand has been taken which came to be registered as F.I.R. on 01.10.2012.

Case No. 203 of 2012.
