The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
In the background of land dispute, it is alleged that informant and his brother were assaulted when mobile and cash were also taken away.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for the occurrence of 25.04.2012, the FIR was registered on 02.05.2012 and the injury has been found to be simple when the informant has retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12
