The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 160, 323, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of scuffling with the police when the police went to remove blockade and thereby obstructed the police in discharge of official duty when two persons were apprehended, who disclosed the name of the petitioners and others.

A statement has been made in para 12 that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court

below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 120 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
