and the State.
The petitioner being the second wife of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of killing the daughter and the grand daughter of the informant when the dead body of the grand daughter was recovered from a river in decayed condition.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an illiterate lady and has four children when the accusation is not specific against the petitioner.
Let the learned court below consider the regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner

surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Balrampur (Telta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 12 of 2001 pending in the court of learned CJM, Katihar.
