The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Munger Muffasil P.S. Case No. 117 of 2012, registered under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA0, 25(1-B)AC, 26 (i) (ii) (iii) and 35 of the Arms Act with regard to recovery of semi manufactured pistol, two magazines and equipments for preparation of illegal arms like hatori, drill machine etc.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 19. 06. 2012 and except this case petitioner has involved in more case for offence under Sections 326 and 307 with regard to quarrel between the petitioner and gotia.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Munger Muffasil

P.S. Case No. 117 of 2012, subject to condition that petitioner will appear on each and every date fixed in this case and any absence of the petitioner shall be subject to satisfaction of the court below on reasonable ground.
