The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 273 of 2011 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, though, there is allegation in the F.I.R. that the victim Gita Devi, daughter of the informant married with Upendra Paswan and she was done to death by Upendra Paswan and this petitioner. However, in the further statement, the informant has stated that Upendra Paswan was taken the victim and in the way he assaulted and killed the victim. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 15. 01. 2012.
Learned counsel for the State however, does not support the fact and stated that petitioner has involved in disposal of the dead body of the victim.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case,

the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Fast Track Court, 1st , Patna, in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 273 of 2011, in S.T. No. 1197 of 2012.
