No. 49204 of 2012 but the father’s name and address of the petitioner in the heading of the order-sheet has wrongly been typed as Son of Manoj Yadav, resident of village Raghopur Tiker, P.S. Madhusudanpur, District Bhagalpur instead of Son of Chander Yadav, resident of village Sakhara, P.S. Rajoun, District – Banka, hence, it may be read as Son of Chander Yadav, resident of village Sakhara, P.S. Rajoun, District – Banka.
Accordingly, modification application is disposed of. Let this order be communicated to the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P. S. Case No. 162 of 2011 through FAX at the cost of the petitioner.
