| 2 | 04-10-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3, 4, 5 of Immoral Traffic Act, 1956. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has wrongly been implicated in this case and on the basis of allegation no offence is made out under the provisions aforesaid against this petitioner. He further submits that similarly situated other accused persons, namely, Mantu Kumar, Guddu @ Rohit Ranjan and Imran Ahmad have been granted bail by this court vide orders dated 30.09.2013 and 14.08.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 41020/13 and 34180/13, respectively. In view of above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Mahila PS Case No.49 of 2013. |
