| The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for |
| the offence punishable under sections 304B, 328, 201/34 of the |
| Indian Penal Code. |
Learned counsel for the petitioner, with reference to the first information report itself, submits that no case under section 304B of the Indian Penal Code is made out in view of the admitted position that the deceased was married nine years ago. The petitioner is said to be the father-in-law of the deceased. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of any overt act so far this petitioner is concerned and, therefore, no case can be said to have been made out even under other sections of the Indian
Penal Code including section 302.
In view of above submission, let the petitioner,
