Petitioner is an accused in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute arose between the parties over parking of an autorickshaw. There was free fight between the parties. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner who is in jail since 23.08.2013. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that all injuries have been found to be simple except one for which opinion has been reserved.
In view of the above, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)
