The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation of any assault by these petitioners so as to constitute an offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and there are case and counter case with respect to the same occurrence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury report shows that there is head injury upon the informant caused by hard and blunt substance and is simple in nature, without any fracture.

He contends that reason behind implications of these petitioners is old land dispute between the parties. It has been contended that no offence under Section 307 is made out on the basis of the facts asserted in the First Information Report.

In view of the submissions as aforesaid, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013.
