JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 07-02-2013 Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.03.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34, 420, 419, 406, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 302 of the I.P.C. was also added. It is alleged that Kumar Markanday Singh, Ashok Singh and Dilip singh realized Rs. 1,00,000/from the husband of the informant for providing job of A.N.M. to the informant. They also took Rs. 15,00,000/- for getting the land transferred but neither the land was transferred nor the money was returned when the F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped the husband of the informant and subsequently he was killed. Though the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. but his name sprang up on confession of Hari Narain Ram and admittedly Hari Narain Ram was introduced with the other accused
