	The petitioner is languishing in jail since 25.07.2012 in
	a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 115,
	116 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one Minta Devi, wife of Late K.D. Singh has given contract for killing the informant to the petitioner when it is alleged that the petitioner was caught along with Anjani Kumar.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no commission or omission has been alleged against the petitioner when the petitioner is on bail in two other cases in which he is involved.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at
