The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are languishing in custody since 05.11.2012 and petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are languishing in custody since 12.11.2012 and 03.12.2012 respectively in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,323, 324, 307, 114 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of making assault by all the accused persons for dispute with regard to raising boundary wall. The injury report has been brought on record Annexure-2 does not reflect any grieveous injury when it appears that the injured was in intoxicated condition.

 Considering the same, let the petitioners,
above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
of the learned C.J.M., Supaul, in connection with
Supaul P.S.Case No. 555 of 2012.
