The petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.05.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. On confession of the petitioner, two country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted that the petitioner is involved in two other cases and he is on bail in one of them. Considering the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi P.S.Case No. 37 of 2012.
