It is alleged that the brother of this petitioner Manoj Jha stayed at the residence of the informant when in subsequent morning, Manoj Jha enticed away the minor grand-daughter of the informant alongwith jewellery and cash when it is alleged against this petitioner that he also participated in the whole episode.
