The petitioner is languishing in custody since 2.11.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,419,311,323,504 and 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that wife of the informant entered into the agreement with the wife of the petitioner with regard to sale of some property when some consideration money was taken. On the said agreement the petitioner was attesting witness when neither sale deed was executed nor money was returned.
It is submitted that the thrust of accusation is against the wife of this petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
