The petitioner is languishing in custody since 29.11.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. 34 jerkins containing 35 liters each spirit were recovered from the petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is simply a driver and he has no connection with the alleged seized article. It is further submitted that the petitioner is involved in one another case but in which he is on bail. Considering the same, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
