JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 05-02-2013 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 01.10.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 447, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the victim who subsequently succumbed to injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that during investigation, accusation was found false by the police and final form was submitted but differing with the same cognizance has been taken against the petitioners. It is further submitted that the specific accusation of giving Lathi blow to the victim is against Bhola Yadav and other accused person has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.40482 of 2012 when others were charge sheeted.

Considering the same, let the petitioners,
above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two

connection with Harsidhi P.S.Case No.03 of 1999.
