2. 01-02-2013. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.
The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 9.11.2012 in
a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149,
324, and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms act.
It is alleged that all the accused persons including this
petitioner caused fire-arms injury on the chest of the son of the informant
when one abrasion was also found on his head caused by hard and blunt
substance.
Considering the nature of allegation, let the above named
petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Pasraha
P.S.Case No.70 of 2012.
