Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 11.8.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 406, 419, and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner that he promised to the informant to provide loan of Rs.18000/- from the Bank which he did not do.
It is submitted that the informant had taken cash from the petitioner to purchase buffalo which was not being returned and hence this case has been filed against him.
Considering the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.Case No.147 of 2012.
