The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 18.12.2012 in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 147, 148, 149, 160, 323, 337, 120B 307, 353, 379, 427, 435, 436, 332 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioner was a member of the mob protesting against the rally of the Hon’ble Chief Minister.
It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the mob and that several accused persons have been granted bail and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S.Case No.507 of 2012.
