The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2013 registered under Sections 376, 511 and 450 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant, Rubeda Khatoon, are co-villagers and the informant used to take grocery articles from the shop of the petitioner on credit, when the petitioner made demand of due money the informant lodged the present for grabbing of the petitioner’s grocery dues. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail custody since 01.07.2013. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten
