06.06.2013. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. They are named in the First Information Report along with ten others as also related to each other. Petitioner No. 1,2 are father and son. It is said that those named in the First Information Report including the petitioners were waiting in ambush. The allegation of firing is only against Petitioner No. 1 and not against Petitioner No. 2, which fact is also accepted by the counsel for the informant after perusal of the First Information Report.

Let petitioners (named above) surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter Petitioner No. 2 Deepak Kumar be admitted to the privilege of bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 100 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under
