	P.S. Case No. 185 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable
	under Sections 406, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and
	petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with the above
	stated case and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being disposed of by this common order.
	Petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 6772 of 2013 is said to be husband of first information report named accused, Sonam Sinha and according to first information report itself, at the relevant time petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 6772 of 2013 was working in different
	branch of the bank. Moreover, Annexure-7 to this petition reveals
	that the honorary secretary of co-operative society took the

responsibility to disburse the dues of investor and the aforesaid disclosure of honorary secretary indicates this fact that petitioners were not at fault rather it was society who invested the amount of its customer in different business.

So far as petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 13551 of 2013 is concerned, admittedly, he was collection agent and learned counsel for the aforesaid petitioner submits that after collecting the amount, petitioner deposited the said amount with concerned bank.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, both the aforesaid anticipatory bail petitions are allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 185 of 2012 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
