JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 3 19-06-2013 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court with direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial of the petitioner as early as possible. The learned trial court has reported vide its letter no. 276 of 2013 that the prosecution has already adduced its evidence and the case is pending for recording the evidence of defence. Therefore, it is apparent from the aforesaid report that the trial of the petitioner is on the verge of conclusion. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 551 of 2012 arising out of Samastipur (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 176 of 2012 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Samastipur is again rejected.
