2 02-11-2012 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the I.P.C.
It is alleged that one year prior to the lodging of the F.I.R. one suspected motorcycle was recovered from Saroj Sharma who claims that he purchased the motorcycle from this petitioner but the petitioner did not hand over the documents to Saroj Kumar due to the non-payment of part of the consideration amount.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no document to suggest that petitioner sold the alleged motorcycle to Saroj Kumar.
A statement has been made in para 12 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 89 of 2012.
