On the ground mentioned in the I.A., let the period of surrender be further extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 95 of 2011 pending in the court of learned CJM, Vaishali. The aforesaid order stands modified to the extent as indicated above. Accordingly, the I.A. No. 40184 of 2013 is disposed off.
