The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of demand of extortion from the informant being a construction company. Petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. when in the F.I.R., Chandan and Ajit Singh were named. The name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of coaccused. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a sub-contractor and if the informant had doubt against the petitioner then the informant ought to have been named in the F.I.R.

In view of this Court, it is a fit case for

disposed off.
